Good value, clean room with...

Liked: It is near the hospital where we needed to go visit a family member.
Disliked: There were some guests acting up-loud screeching for a good bit of time in the evening when we were ready to sleep.The heating didn’t seem to work though we had staff come adjust for us when we couldn’t turn it on. She was amazing and kindly gave us an extra blanket which wasn’t provided in the room sadly.

Liked: I have issues in my room like inadequate soap and the shower, their customer service attitude is really good and resolve the issues asap

Exceptional

Liked: Overall great comfortable place to stay.
Disliked: They can upgrade their breakfast selection

Disliked: Heater/air conditioner were very noisyThe bathroom fan was incredibly noisy There is no place in the bathroom to put your clean clothes while you showerThe lighting in the bathroom area makes it very difficult to put on makeup
