Surrounded by beautiful South Downs hills the pretty gardens of this converted Tudor house are secluded by tall trees. The hotel on the outskirts of West Chiltington a charming village boasting 3 vineyards where award-winning wine is produced. Roundabout Hotel serves fine food with a traditional twist in its restaurant with ingredients sourced locally. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea and snacks in the separate lounge and bar with open log fires exposed wooden beams and views over the garden. Toiletries free WiFi and a flat-screen TV feature in every individually designed room. Facilities for making tea and coffee are also included. Located between Pulborough and Storrington Roundabout Hotel is a 40-minute drive from Gatwick Airport. Great stay off the beaten...

Liked: Hotel is very 'Oldy Worldy' but kept immaculate. Not part of a chain, which I prefer. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food and drink are very good. Staff very friendly; Helen and 'P' very friendly but professional. Have booked again for October. It will be my 5th visit.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great, quiet location in a...

Liked: Breakfast and dinner were good. Continental breakfast was good selection. Evening meal was tasty and quickly served.
Disliked: Rooms are looking a bit tired. The view from my bathroom window was was over a back entrance of the hotel, is fine, however, when you can see old equipment storage and general untidiness. Its a bit of an eyesore. Obviously hotels need storage areas but guests don't want to see it during a stay. Sadly many hotels are guilty of this.

Superb

Liked: The staff were wonderful. The size of the rooms and the style of the hotel.
Disliked: Sealant was aging in the bathroom. Evidence of damp or a flood.
