Superb

Liked: Fantastic location. The lady on reception when I checked in on Friday evening was an absolute delight. Professional, friendly, helpful, and polite. She assisted me across to the room, which was across the car park from the main building, and explained everything about the stay and facilities. The room was fantastic. Nice and large. Sizeable bathroom with nice shower. Very efficient aircon, which was a joy in the hot weather. A small balcony with a lovely sunset view. Exceptional price for level of service and location compared to others in Reading at the same time. A great stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, a lot of the TV channels just wouldn't work. A bit of a shame if you wanted to watch telly that night.

Amazing staff

Liked: The rooms are big and clean.The staff at the reception were really friendly, kind and polite.My wife forgot her wedding anniversary, diamond earrings on the bedside table.An hr after checking out, we rang the hotel to ask if housekeeping had found them.As it turns out, the earrings had been taken to reception and placed in an envelope with our room number..Thank you for your kindness and honesty

Disliked: The front desk is unable to provide an invoice for my stay which means I cannot have my business travel reimbursed. They claim helplessness because I used the Booking.com app to reserve the room. As if they did not profit and Booking.com got all the money.
