Good Stay at The Roosevelt...

Liked: The service from the entire staff ( doorman/ waitress, waiter/cleaning crew and front desk) was EXCELLENT. Their attention to customer service was impeccable. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable and secure at this hotel.

Fairly good but wouldn’t recommend...

Liked: Beautiful old hotel with Nee Orleans vibe.
Disliked: Staff - especially check in staff. - attitude bordering on rude and not very helpful Food at the restaurant was horrible - we had breakfast and it wasn’t edible except for the Beignets which were yummy. Rooms need to be modified- could hardly find an outlet to charge devices.

Overall a good experience, except...

Liked: The front desk clerk was not accommodating or warm at all. She lowered the standard of the total experience for the Roosevelt caliber of hotel
Disliked: Front desk clerk needs better hospitality training

Disliked: Super Noisy…. It was difficult to get some sleep due to all the noise throughout the night.
