Liked: Very pretty place. Perfect place to stay if going to a wedding in the church across the street. The room was nice size and furniture was pretty and very clean.

Fabulous

Liked: We stayed at the Waldorf over Mardi Gras weekend. Apparently many hotels had a minimum number of nights imposed on all bookings during this time - Waldorf didn?t. It also seemed that most hotels had a ?Mardi Gras? uplift almost 3 times as much as the week before. The Waldorf was the same price as medium standard hotels for one night so we chose to pay for something that usually demands such a price. Every member of staff we engaged with were so very helpful, the lovely young lady on reception desk that seemed to pull very long shifts was very professional and knowledgable. Likewise the bell hop guy Mr Randy was always there willing to help with everything! The lobby and hotel are beautiful. I certainly could get used to the fancy living. Fancy coffee machine with supplies in a big chest in the room too.
Disliked: Couldn?t open the windows to let in abit of fresh air but that seemed standard with other hotels we?ve stayed in in NOLA.

Disliked: I had to wait for hours until a room was available, even though I?d already booked ahead and paid for my room.
