Disappointing. 4 star hotel? How?

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was the most impressive thing about the stay.
Disliked: The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing! couldn’t even bring up 2 glasses of champagne to the room as they only sell it in a bottle? (It took 30 mins for them to find out if they could??) It’s a 4 star hotel, I would have thought that could have been done? Just disappointed with the whole stay.
