Very Nice Stay In A...

Liked: The hotel is in a very good location, not far from Erdington town centre, and with a bus stop just at the front of the hotel as well. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very well setup, with everything you could really want for a short stay. It had a desk and chair, and also tea making facilities, along with a sink as well. The breakfast was fairly good, it was mainly self service, with tea, toast, fruit, etc, but was fairly good, considering the overall price of the room. The shared bathrooms in the hotel, were generally fairly clean, and they were also situated fairly close to the room as well.
Disliked: It wasn't a big issue at all, but the staff sometimes have a habit of coming into the room early in the morning, before check out time, thinking that the person has already checked out, so the hotel should implement a system, which allows the staff to find out if a person has actually checked out of the hotel, before the staff can come into the room.

Liked: Nothing to like in that rotten pension
Disliked: No showers as the whole showers was broken the bathrooms are filthy dirty bedding sheets dirty an specific ugly bad odour in the bedroom my partner come out with rashes on his body as result of sleeping in that place breakfast horrible people come by and pocket food and get out the dining room is disgusting avoid it !!

Liked: The lad at the reception was friendly. There was also free parking
Disliked: Room was smelly, the sink in the room was blocked. Bathroom was filthy, the other bathroom shower was blocked and there was water on the floor. I would not recommend this to anyone
