We would go back again

Liked: Second time in this hotel. This time we had a room on the courtyard and there was plenty of light. Comfort room at a very good price for the location. Kind and helpful staff. We would go back again.

Fab stay

Liked: Comfy and spacious, just a short walk from the Earls-court tube station. Very good aircon. Helpful front desk personnel.

Lovely stay. Would go back.

Liked: Location is excellent. Lovely area, walking distance from the underground, several restaurants, museums and parks. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have the breakfast buffet but ordered something a la carte, and it was tasty. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Central London. The rooms are on the smaller side ( I had a single) but it was perfectly adequate for a short stay.
Disliked: Honestly no major complaints. My only issue was that when the sun came up the room wasn’t dark enough for my taste even with the shades down.

Liked: Great location. Loved the mezzanine room. Was very clean. Bed comfortable. Good soundproofing on the windows.
Disliked: It was too hot in the room. The air conditioning was broken. No effort was made to fix it. Was given a fan, but that's not as effective as air conditioning.
