Liked: I was not satisfied with my stay because when I booked my room, it clearly stated that everything was included, including breakfast. However, when we went down to the lobby for breakfast, the staff refused to let us eat, saying we needed a voucher from the front desk. We waited for over 20 minutes, but no one came to the reception. We asked other employees, but they said they didn’t know anything about it. In the end, we couldn’t have breakfast and had to go back to our room.For two days, we had to go outside just to have breakfast. You advertise this service, but there was absolutely no one available to assist us. I was extremely embarrassed in front of my girlfriend, and she even laughed at me because of the situation.This experience was very disappointing, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I also sent a message to the front desk but didn’t even receive the courtesy of a reply.

Liked: Hotel with good facilities and accommodations. In the middle of winter with outside temperatures of up to -15ºC, the room and the entire hotel maintained a pleasant temperature inside. Located in a quiet and safe area.
Disliked: Breakfast only upon payment
