Disliked: Bath room with crumbling grout, stains the tub. Not enough front desk staff. Hallways very warm, dimly lit.

Disliked: We are staying at The Rockville Hotel for 2 nights on 6/26 and 6/27.Here are the problems we are experiencing;1. Our keys doesn't work on our room key box as we checked in. So we have to go down to fix the card keys.2. The room was very hot as we entered our booked room, as well as the whole 3rd floor corridor.3. The elevator was not moving for a while as we try to go down. It was a kind of panicking situation.4. There were human hairs inside the bed which we had to pick up and get rid of.5. There was a big live cockroaches inside the bathtub.6. The next night as we come back from outside, there's no housekeeping; no bed made, no new towels, no trash thrown out.7. There was nobody who's willing to bring us new towels.We have had no such experience as we travel many cities before. You have to treat your guests more properly and cleanly.
