Liked: We have come many times, but have noticed that the pool scene is very aggressive. People are fighting for seating; the hotel rents out the pool area for swim lessons and day passes, and the hotel guests are left fighting for seats. The pool staff was rude and dismissive when asked for help. The morning host was especially rude.

Disliked: I would have liked a phone in the room. More hooks for clothes.

Liked: Our stay at this hotel was great, especially the sunrise at 5:50am on the ocean shore, it was worth choosing this hotel.
Disliked: Even though there was no line, it took about 10-12 minutes to check in. Also, the cost of about $360 seemed expensive to me.
