Disappointing

Disliked: Lack of facilities due to a wedding. Lack of early breakfast and attitude of staff. Noise due to wedding.

Pleasant stsy for 1 night....

Liked: Good location. Clean tidy room.
Disliked: Check in and check out time. Poor facilities in the bathroom

Reasonable price but major comfort...

Liked: Good location, decent English breakfast, clean enough, reasonable price.
Disliked: 10am checkout is brutal. Saturday breakfast only 1-hour slot. Paper thin walls - impossible to sleep with noise from other rooms. No air conditioning. Shocking shower head and terrible mattress quality. 11pm check-in cutoff ridiculous for airport hotel. Staff could be friendlier.

It suited our needs for...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and fine for one night.
Disliked: At breakfast we had to keep asking for things to be refilled. The staff on reception not particularly friendly. On arrival told it may be noisy as a wedding party was happening. Not easy finding where to park.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Just simple things to enhance the experience. Breakfast - put milk for tea and coffee and milk for cereal separate, as the milk was used mainly for cereal. Also, access to ice as it was very hot during our stay, although a member of staff kindly supplied ice on request.
