Beds were super comfy. If you just use room to sleep it's ideal, but if you want to spend time making a few meals and relaxing in room there is a tiny cooler refrigerator, no microwave, one chair and no table. I think many people in Chicago never relax! We had a great time, room was expensive probably for location and status. Valet parking was available. Rooftop views at night ansolutely beautiful.

Liked: Location was great, right across from concert venue Chop Shop, right next to Wicker Park for tons of shopping opportunities and good food. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No microwave in room. Keurig failed the last morning and leaked. Only 1 chair in room for 3 people. A few folding chairs and folding table would be perfect as we sat on the floor and sat my 90 year old mom in the 1 chair with a wastebasket upside down for table to eat at. Pool was closed for a wedding that took over the whole 6th floor.

Liked: Great vibe, great ground floor cafe that rocked all day in a cool neighbourhood
Disliked: The noise from the nearby elevator area, the front street and the nearby subway line made sleeping very difficult. And it was not a cheap hotel booking.

Liked: Very beautifully designed hotel.
Disliked: The height of the bed in the ADA room was a bit too high. I made it work but if they could make the mattress even 2" lower, that would be better.

Liked: The location and the restaurant were great! Staff was friendly.
Disliked: We stayed in a room in the annex with 2 queen beds. The room was very loud and we all had a difficult time sleeping. The staff could not move us to another room because it was sold out and they tried to come fix the noise but could not. A high pitched screeching noise coming from the pipes and a very loud AC unit kept our whole family from sleeping along with very loud other guests and thin walls.
