The Rivulet is located in Hobart and is a heritage-listed boutique hotel. The grand 19th Century manor house has been refurbished and rejuvenated and is set in a convenient location to enjoy all that Hobart has to offer. The Rivulet (formerly Amberley House) is only 1.2 mi from historic Battery point and vibrant Salamanca Square and 1.9 mi from Constitution Dock. Located on Sandy Bay Road the property sits opposite the Casino Derwent River and Hobart's premier yacht clubs. The Kingborough playing fields are located next door to The Rivet and can be accessed through the hotel's side gate. You can enjoy bushwalks behind the property at Lambert Reserve where the Lambert Rivulet flows through. The reserve also connects with a walking trail to the Signal Station at the top of Mount Nelson. Each room at The Rivulet features air conditioning a Smart TV luxurious bathroom and tailored amenities. Some of the rooms have baths. A beautiful property that is...

Liked: The room we stayed in was superbly furnished and so lovely to sleep in The bed is large, comfortable and l there were ots of blankets ready to throw on. We stayed at the rivulet in July, the winter season and made use of the heating that we could switch on. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious. The shower hot and with complimentary toiletries. There is a small kitchen area where guests can make use of a microwave kettle and cutlery fridge etcThis is extremely useful and I was able to make a small meal from a few food items I bought from the Woolworths a 20 minute walk away. I can only eat gluten free food and after asking a few takeaway shops if they had GF options, realised I would need to make my own dinner. this is not a hardship to be honest. I would just like to say how helpful having a small kitchen with appliances was for me. Thank youThe breakfast provided was good and healthy and served by a member of staff

Liked: Beautiful heritage house. Well-appointed rooms, the Port and choc in the dining room, were very much appreciated. Multiple small but meaningful touches to make you feel welcome and no expense spared. Excellent breakfast, thank you
