The pool was okay but...

Liked: The pool was good, and the room A/C was okay
Disliked: The accuracy in the room you book is up to the staff when you arrive so I did not get my walk in shower as I requested, the sliding door in my room did not close properly the TV remote and Chanel’s where not available it wasn’t working properly. And as soon as we arrived from 3 hour drive The room we received at first was not cleaned or set up for new guest it was messy towels sheets and trash all over the room I thought someone was still their. Over all a very poor stay. Felt like a dressed up Motel felt bad being there for 2 nights

Liked: The staff was welcoming
Disliked: The shower water was hot didn’t cool down after 10 minutes of waiting had to shower uncomfortable with hot water.

Over all not worth it...

Disliked: My stay for two nights was $300 which I paid through booking , got to the resort & got charged $300 security deposit which is not stated on here you would have to pay in order to stay with them . Also had to pay $100 for using the WiFi & Pool which on here it states its free …
