Liked: Amazing location -15 minute walk to the cathedral Spacious room with twin beds Bathtub with excellent shower Tea and coffee in the room with a large bottle of water Welcome drinks at the reception and a drinks ticket for the bar Free parking on site Free shuttle into town and back
Disliked: I think the room we had could have accommodated larger beds Would be nice to be able just purchase a smaller breakfast like a coffee and pastry instead of paying for the full buffet

Liked: Fabulous location as the name suggests by the River. Drinks terrace bar and breakfast room have great views of the Cathedral and the water meadows. Staff universally friendly and helpful. Pleasant and easy walk into the City. Easy parking in car park at front of property
Disliked: I stayed as a solo traveller and arrived early evening hoping for a bar snack and drink. The drink was Complementary ( thank you !) but the food offering limited to a bag of crisps. Disappointing. My single room although spotless and air conditioned did not have a comfortable chair and had a view of the car park from the top floor.
