Creaky Riverside!!

Liked: Comfortable bed!!
Disliked: Creaky floor boards! Very small shower!! Booked a double room, and got an adjoining family one!! No water in jug when we arrived in the room. Breakfast not great either!!!!

Liked: Staff were really nice and helpfulLeisure club- pool, very clean
Disliked: Room service/kitchen team was not accessible. Call always connected to reception. When they tried to connect to the kitchen never got connected. There was nothing for toddler, like a toy or tent etc. even though they gave a kit with some pictures and rhymes when checked-in, was very age inappropriate!No basic toiletries like TOOTHBRUSH, TOOTHPASTE!- I have never experienced this from any hotels before!!!Room lighting is not pleasant at all. Room is very warm in the evening or early in the night. One table fan is not enough! Had to keep the window and balcony door wide open to have some air.Even though it is mentioned in the website the pool is always ipen it closed at 6.30 pm Sunday. No mention of this anywhere in the website.

Tired hotel but great staff

Liked: Staff, they were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Hotel rooms, First room was terrible, no AC, noisy from some sort of machine outside the window. Complained and was moved to a much nicer room. The bar seats were all dirty, ripped looking worn, needs a good cleaning
