Pleasant one night stay!

Liked: Good location, good breakfast .
Disliked: Room was a little noisy as it was at the front of the hotel in the car park area. The toilet stopped flushing in the morning!

Disliked: I booked this hotel for my parents and they were very dissapointed with the manager called Julie attitude towards us as one morning we went to sit on the same table where we sat every day and she came to say "you can't sit there you have to move this table is for afternoon tea and was only 9am in the morning and didn't say "Reserved" sign we already have some food on the table and she didn't even bother to help us moving it to another table her attitude was just disgusting you don't treat your customers like that.I don't know how she can be in a manager position.Maybe her customer service training needs to be renewed and make sure next time she put Reserved sign on the table people can't guess is for "afternoon tea"
