Disliked: Could do with a few more electric sockets in the rooms.

Disliked: The lack of curtains as the blinds didn't fully cut out the lights from outside.

Disliked: Road outside is a bit noisy early morning. Price doesn't include breakfast.

Disliked: Thought Riverside would be by the river., but on busy road, traffic, people talking below window, music until late.

Disliked: The blind in the bedroom didn't go all the way to the end of the window, had about a 2inch gap....the controls would be better on the left not the right hand side of the window...

One night in Monmouth

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking available
Disliked: Room was clean but corridors needed hoovering and skirting boards cleaning. Looked dated. My single bed sagged in the middle and was most uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre and £9.95 per person extra but to be fair enough food provided. Thought for the price we paid £93.15 per night would get better value.
