Nice room but disappointing facilities

Liked: large comfy room, easy parking, close river walk, heated pool
Disliked: The outdoor pool wasn’t open until 4 PM! The hot tub jets did not massage; instead the jet water shot up and sprayed everywhere. The outdoor pool was very dirty and the pool area was not well maintained. The indoor hot tub jets did not work at all. The buffet breakfast was mediocre: flavorless eggs, unripe hard fruit, crowded un relaxing atmosphere.

Disliked: Their breakfast has us skipping and going to Ihop down the way. Not impressed

Liked: Ants in the roomWe were assigned a room as far away from the Lobby as possible. Both 80 yrs old so we missed all of the free breakfasts We ordered room service and it came without eating utensilsShower was in need of repair
