Excellent Customer service.

Liked: Room size was excellent, location was on the Riverfront and Staff were excellent. We stayed one night and the picked up a cruise, on our return we discovered a trip we had booked (not via hotel) had been cancelled. Carey (concierge) was amazing he booked us another trip and a taxi to the airport on our return and reception looked after our luggage and printed our boarding passes for the flight home, its class customer service.

Liked: The staff always went above and beyond anything we asked for and always with a smile. I want to say a special thank you to the you g ladys at check in they were amazing and did an excellent job
Disliked: Please expand your menu I didnt feel like goi g out and went to the bar to discover a very small menu. Add in a burger and fries at least.
