Perfect stay, will be back!

Liked: Location is great, and the car park is so handy! Our rooms were big and comfortable with beautiful views. We loved the bar area with the musicians!

Liked: We booked 30 mins before arriving when we got there the room wasn't ready yet the staff member was very apologetic and offered us a free complementary drink each for the room not being ready which was really nice of them. The lobby was beautiful cocktails were exceptional and room was big, clean and view over the river was lovely.

Good but with a few...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Comparing this hotel to others we have stayed at in Ireland at a similar price point, we were disappointed with the lack of little extras - no robe, slippers, chocolates, snacks. Also it was somewhat tired looking.

Liked: the staff is very nice, very helpful, always super polite and friendly , just as needed .Location is perfect for a town visit and going out We enjoyed our 2 nights stay . Highly recommended
