Great value for money option...

Liked: Very neat and clean country accommodation , good value for money, good location. Nice fluffy new towels. Excellent breakfast included
Disliked: The fan in the room was welcome but very cheap, noisy and ineffective given the new levels of heat & humidity in the UK. Room would benefit from a better quality fan.

It was adequate

Liked: We asked to change rooms from the ground floor to the upper floor due to disturbance from other guests. The receptionist was happy to oblige.
Disliked: Breakfast

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable,...

Liked: Great parking, good location, not far to walk into town. The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially when we asked for some ice and water for our camel pack for our journey back home. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful…very much enjoyed our visit and would recommend.
Disliked: Nothing

Good location. Hotel in need...

Liked: Great location one minutes walk from the town centre. Next to the river. Ample free parking. Friendly and pleasant staff working hard in very hot temperatures. Good quality breakfast.
Disliked: All areas were in need of a good clean and basic maintenance. Our room on the ground floor had insecure window handles, no blind in the bathroom window ( the brackets were there for one). We immediately informed the receptionist on arrival but nothing was done to rectify these matters. Chairs on the patio were falling apart.

Liked: Lovely holiday shame about no evening meal
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Would have been better if patio was fully enclosed for dogs, couldn't find bath robes,
