Absolutely fantastic and great value...

Liked: Loved the position of hotel, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Breakfast was great. Room sizes were great.
Disliked: Bedroom no. 5 had the most uncomfortable beds. Could feel the springs through the mattresses and turning over in bed it creaked and groaned. There needs to be safety rubber mats for inside bath when showering.

Liked: Good location, staff very friendly and helpful. We complained about our room when we first got there and were given an alternative room with no problem. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. Excellent breakfast

Nice Room clean & tidy...

Liked: We stayed on the first floor room. The room was clean & tidy. The bathroom, although a tad small, was still roomy enough for us. The bed was OK, a little harder than most we have slept in, but still able to get a good night sleep.The breakfast was great! The kitchen staff do a great cooked breakfast....Parking was easy and it is a short walk into the beautiful town of Rye.Certainly would have no hesitation recommending this Hotel to family or friends to stay here.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that walking on the old timber floorboards, they have a tendency to creek a bit. We were thinking of anyone below and hope they couldn't hear us waking around.But that was the only negative, which is not a big issue.
