Other than poor guest service...
Disliked: when i arrived at check in the guest representative EZA treated me as if i didn't belong he left me at the counter waiting for my key for a little over 20 mins where my husband had to knock on the door and ask what was taking so long and after a long trip there i was ready to rest and enjoy my stay but the guest rep EZA was awful and very unprofessional my husband should not had to find him for our keys to our room we paid entirely to much to be treated as if we didn't belong!!!

Recently renovated, friendly staff, worth...
Liked: Regular visitor to the Ritz St Louis. Big big fan of the aesthetic, amenities, room choices, and location in upscale Clayton. Highly recommend. I appreciate that the staff was able to get me into my room early on this 24-hour trip.

Disappointing
Disliked: The reservation was messed up from the very beginning. They said they couldn't find it because as it was transferred from Booking.com to their system, it came out as: JensandEmilyForeman in one character string. We had to provide two different forms of confirmation before they let the bride check in. The next atrocity was that they charge the bride for the entire stay and it was already prepaid on a credit card. This happened on her wedding day and she was very distraught. After talking to management, they finally reverse the charges for being an upscale hotel the reservation system and their handling of the situation was horrible. It almost ruined this brides wedding event.

Disliked: everything. every day we had to wait for breakfast for 40-50 min, even just to get coffee, while we were often not only the first, but also the only clients.

Disliked: The wait time just to check in was long. The rooms were small given the price and the fitness center was also small with few amenities given the price
