Disliked: The room smelled like paint …. It seemed new works happened and it had a strong smell of paint all night.

Just OK

Disliked: There was no one in line ahead of me and it took 25 minutes to check in. I had requested an early check-in. I was told that particular room wasn't ready but he found a larger room and was happy to give it to us. Then after 10 minutes, he said there would be an additional charge I replied no thank you because I was already paying $1500 a night. He then goes back to tapping on his keyboard for another 10 minutes and says he found me something and the extra price will be on him. And then I checked into the exact room I had booked and paid for in the first place.

Liked: Beautiful beach front
Disliked: They forgot to charge our Tesla , as we requested we when arrived. We had asked them to charge the car when we arrived, but we didn’t notice until we left the next afternoon, it hadn’t been plugged in.

Disliked: Tried many (many) times to reach both front desk and concierge to fix a minor problem in the room. Was literally unable to reach anyone them for almost 20 min. When I finally did reach the front desk and the problem remained unsolved, I tried reached the relevant department and found no one had been called.
