An experience in Wolfsburg

Liked: - wonderful hotel- nice lobby- the design of my room was special - loved the balcony of my room it was a treat- tv was ok- the fridge was cold- room service is very good - staff are professional - breakfast was delicious
Disliked: - the club sandwich wasn’t as delicious as I expected - had an issue with the valet service they seemed to not know were my car key is- unfortunately there is one receptionist and the other one is still on training had to wait for 10 minutes or more to get checked in- when I attempted to call to dine in my room it took almost 15 minutes to half an hour to answer - the location is ok

The best of the best

Liked: We loved everything about our stay - the room was so nice and you could feel that everything was thought of. The pool was lovely and larger than expected. The breakfast was amazing. The best, however was the service and the people we met during our stay. We cant wait to come back another time.

Not the best experience, too...

Disliked: Noisy the morning because of works in the hotel, missing bathrobe in the room, opening hours of the pool different between the reception and the spa manager.
