Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Concierge staff Oscar helped me to book train tickets on their computer very efficiently. Both the steak house and the Italian restaurant are very good for their food

Luxury hotel

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty, excellent huge bed.Location was descent with everything important within walking or a short train drive away.Good shower, and air conditioning was critical during the warm parts of the day
Disliked: The orientation of the rooms is a little unorthodox, with a lot of stairs and twists that got us lost on our way to our room a few times. Also a hassle when you need to carry your luggage and the elevator doesn't reach exactly where you need it.But that's just a minor inconvenience
