Liked: Service is excellent. Pool and gym are quite decent. Food on executive lounge is good.
Disliked: Room is very small and dated for its value. The shampoo/conditioner/ body lotion smells bad.

Liked: The location was fantastic, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would like to especially recognize two individuals: Emily, our server at Pasta Mara, who provided exceptional service during dinner, and Philip, the concierge, who expertly assisted us in arranging our day trips to Salzburg and Budapest. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience!
Disliked: Pasta Mara is a delightful restaurant with delicious food, but its proximity to the bar made for a noisy and chaotic atmosphere. While we enjoyed the meal, the noise level was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, our room became uncomfortably warm during the night, prompting my wife to open the window for some relief.

Disliked: The house cleaners never refreshed the tea, and they always came for turn down before we went to dinner and would not come back to do the turn down
