Disliked: Parking is paid, even for hotel guests. This is unacceptable.

Pleasant

Liked: The location is perfect to visit south beach area Miami downtown big room but not nice view even if we were higher category type of room. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: The hotel is not a 5-star establishment due to the very poor service, a very dark lobby with terrible lighting, and a swimming pool that is completely crowded with no space between the loungers, so there is no privacy—something a 5-star hotel should guarantee. The staff is poorly trained.
