Disliked: Waited 1h for luggage. Also was charged for breakfast although it was included.

Over priced for level of...

Liked: Location is excellent.
Disliked: Service is not up to the standard for a 5 star Ritz Carlton resort. That was consistent throughout the hotel. Very over priced. Hotel entrance is absolutely awful (as was our greeting, which was non-existent).

Liked: Concierge don't work at all, always empty chair, if you ask for a good restaurant don't have any idea, I couldn't believe. Reception can't help you with not working acces card key 5x.every day happened, I am Gold elite member Bonwoy, and they promised me to credit to my account nights and points. It is never happened, as I have booked through booking.com. Icemaker on the 6th floor havent worked for 6 days, always promising that will start work next day... I paid for my stay more than 10.000 usd

Big disappointment, very expensive

Liked: I did like the location and proximity to the beach.
Disliked: Hotel facility is pretty run down and barely a 3 star hotel. Not worth to be named Ritz Carlton. Very expensive for what you get. Rooms are very spartan. The hotel feels like an old castle and needs to be completely overhauled, modernized. Pool area was overcrowded and I did not dare to swim in the pool.
