We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: Beautiful hotel … rooms not huge but comfortable… staff lovely… vey clean … loved the beach club especially… very attentive staff there and great food as well… we were very happy!
Disliked: Only thing was a champagne bottle we were gifted upon check in mysteriously disappeared on day 3… otherwise all was perfection

Mediocre room with overpriced services.

Liked: The halls and entry were very pretty
Disliked: The room was little better than an average hotel room and almost nothing was complimentary which is a basic expectation at almost all hotels. Bland oatmeal breakfast for $20. A can of Pepsi in the fridge for $6. Parking for $50 per night. For the amount we paid for a very average room, I expected a lot more from this resort and am disappointed.

Liked: The location is excellent. The staff are generally friendly and their service is excellent.
Disliked: What I didn't like is the hotel’s policy of deducting a security deposit equivalent to 70% of the room booking value... This deduction was not mentioned on Booking.com while I was completing my reservation. The hotel may have its reasons for doing this, but these reasons may not be suitable for many tourists. 70% is not a small amount and could impact some people’s budgets, especially since the withheld amount takes one to two weeks to be refunded to non-American customers.

Liked: This is a really fantastic hotel. A beautiful location and great facilities, especially the beach club. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable. This is a great resort with something for all the family. Shout out to Rachel and her club lounge team, including Ben and Tony. Their excellent hospitality and service made our time at the Ritz-Carlton a really special one.

Disliked: The food was not up to par for the amount we payed for the stay. Not one meal was great or made us want more…food wasn’t worth the stay.
