Disliked: Unfortunately the food was not to the standard of the establishment in the Song bird restaurant was cold when it arrived.However the staff were fantastic in addressing the issue

Disliked: Terrible service. - Valet - did not receive direction on valet parking ( which we paid for ) even after asking 3 different people at reception/valet in 3 different ways. Each kept handballing us to the other. - Check-in - no assistance was offered to bring up our luggage. At all other hotels i've ever stayed at, I was always offered this - so this was quite strange to me. - Spa - I walked into the spa trying to figure out where the sauna and the hot pool were -spa reception was unstaffed and nothing was sign-posted, so I made a wrong turn( it was not cordoned off or anything, it looked like any other door ). Immediately someone turns up and tells me off. I apologise and explain. She does nothing to acknowledge my apology and continues in a snobby, borderlining on rude tone, giving me directions. Very poor guest treatment. - Poolside - tried to order a drink in the evening ~5.00 pm - was told they can only do wines? interesting. ( I am a person of colour and was by myself for all above interactions with staff - my white husband received better treatment- which was interesting also ) In Room - - Bathrooms - shower was terrible. It kept dropping off of it's hinge and the only way to use it was to hold it up with one hand while showering with the other- Toilteries - all bottles had to be pumped 5-6 times to get a regular one-pump worth of product. Pumps were also wound up different- almost like they didn't want you to use the product while you were staying with them? weird. - Toilet - flush wouldn't work once every 3 times. You had to give it 10 mins, come back and try it. Speak of poor facilities. Showering at this hotel was stressful - not what I need when I'm on vacation.
