Not worthy of a 5...

Liked: Typical buffet breakfast. Nothing spectacular.Disappointed with the a la carte dinner in the Hearth restaurant. The dishes we had were mediocre at best. The presentation made them look unappetising. The meal we had did not justify the high end price. The cuisine fell short of what we would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Disliked: Apart from the mediocre cuisine the towels in our room were of poor quality. We asked them to be replaced as they were well worn. The fresh towels we were given the next day were just the same.

Good atmosphere

Liked: Good location but there is a tower building in front of the hotel.
Disliked: It took time to fix elevator of the hotel
