Liked: Every staff member we encountered during our stay made a sincere effort to make us feel appreciated, important and at home. It was like staying with friends. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before.
Disliked: Lobby probably needs a little updating, no big deal.

Liked: I liked the location, the comfort of the bed, and the helpfulness of the staff in assisting with the luggage.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the place was the very small room size, the old condition of the hotel, and the lack of a swimming pool. Another issue was the lack of clarity regarding the breakfast order limit. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, I was surprised at checkout to learn there was a $75 cap on breakfast orders — this was never mentioned during booking or by the staff until checkout. I would like to thank Hanan and Engy for their understanding and resolving the issue.

The Ritz is amazing and...

Liked: The location of the hotel was fantastic because it is next door to the Fashion Center Mall and across the street from CVS and other stores. So, if you've forgotten something, no worries because you can walk to the store or to the mall to purchase whatever you need.
Disliked: I liked everything.
