The best part of the...
Liked: Room layout and decor was beautiful.
Disliked: The comfort of the bed was terrible. The right side of the bed sloped downwards (ROOM 7719). You could feel it sitting on the edge of the bed and definitely when lying down on it. I felt like I was falling off the bed the entire night which gave me a bad nights sleep. For such a classy hotel I didn't like that to use the Shampoo, Conditioner or Hand wash in the bathroom you had to purchase the bottles which were $75 each all in the name of saving the environment. Surely another eco-friendly solution could be thought of.

Good experience with some disappointing...
Liked: Room was very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was disjointed...coffee took up to 20 minutes to be received and was just warm (after being ordered as "hot").Meals also took excessive time to be received.
