Beautiful property with a great...

Liked: The Ritz property was beautiful and had great views of the ocean. The food was very good and the staff was very accomodating.
Disliked: There's not much we didn't like other than the price they charge for an older resort.

It was not a very...

Liked: We liked the hotel and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room prices were different than what was advertised on booking.com, we had to pay a lot more. The room was filled with ants, and the food was not that great. Ordering a medium on skirt steak and it comes out rare not once but two times. Plates were never picked up after your done done and waiting a very long time to get your check. Big dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant, my daughter is allergic to dogs and cats and was having a very hard time around them. Lastly we also got stuck in the elevator.
