Completely renovated in 2017 the historic and prestigious The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix Geneva is located in the heart of the city on the shore of Lake Geneva. Unremarkable and disappointing - below...

Liked: The location was lovely, however the foyer and breakfast areas (including the menu) were small and underwhelming. The hallways and furnishings were outdated and sparse. The room was more modernised and comfortable but mismatching (refurbished) not in keeping with the remainder of the hotel.
Disliked: The service staff are young and inexperienced. Issues were not resolved promptly.
