Great hotel but a little...

Liked: We loved the overall staff at the hotel-pool, restaurant and the front door staff went out of their way to help you enjoy your stay
Disliked: We had several issues with front desk. One we booked on booking.com and they did not honor the price. We had to ask 3xs for them to get a response both on the price issue as well as to get a fridge for our room. Usually expect a better response at this quality of a hotel. The manager finally handled it very professionally but wonder if the staff even told her about our issues.

Not worth the price. Go...

Liked: The hotel, the lobby, the hallway it all feels and looks like a 3.5 star Hilton hotel. There is no feeling of a Ritz whatsoever. The pool is like a Holiday Inn pool. The strip the hotel is on is not a nice strip but more like Cancun Spring Break. Its ideal for teenagers who want to sleep on the beach and get drunk in the bars all around.
Disliked: Everything.
