Classy and clean ! The...

Liked: Amazing welcome and introduction to the Ritz-Carlton experience!!! Michael was exceptional helpful with any questions we had and helped us when selecting the wrong type of room. For my birthday he ensured we got the correct room with the perfect view! An amazing 2 day stay !!
Disliked: Absolutely will be back!!

The ambiance, the aura of...

Liked: The cleanliness and security!! The views immaculate!
Disliked: One young lady (staff that walks the rooms to ensure guest don’t need anything) who asked us if we were checking out gave me the weirdest look when I told her my room was just extended another day. The side eye she thought I didn’t see was the only aggravating ordeal. Everyone else fantastic in every way from arrival to departure.
