A truly memorable experience!

Liked: A superb hotel. Staff were attentive to any request and offered great service. Everything was as you’d expect of an institution such as the Ritz Carlton from the greeting at the entrance to the service through the bar and restaurant. The front counter team were superb. Clean as a whistle, and fabulous location.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing not to like.

Liked: This is my second time at the Ritz in Berlin and I love everything about it. The bar, the location, the facilities. The staff is so fantastic and professional.

Liked: Room was well appointed, location is very convenient, and staff was incredibly friendly.
Disliked: Prices for certain amenities should be reviewed; for example breakfast was 50 euros, but dinner from a 4 course tasting menu was 65 euros. Parking was 10X the cost of parking directly across the street in a secured parking garage..
