A nice quiet location away...

Disappointed compared with previous Ritz-Carlton...

Liked: Purely the location, other aspects were extremely poor.
Disliked: Dated rooms, which were poorly serviced and dirty, construction work which was not advised outside our window all day, poor aspect for a suite, lack of dining option.

Disaster and disappointment

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property. I think it’s a disgrace to the Ritz Carlton name
Disliked: Everything. Service and facilities were terrible

Liked: Setting of hotel was nice
Disliked: Very very expensive -totally over priced

Disliked: nothing.

Never Again

Liked: the room was spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable. they upgraded me to a suite, and it was phenomenal. the view is breathtaking.
Disliked: they had only one restaurant at the property. one small spa. staff weren't available when needed. I don't know where the conciarge was, it was always empty. late check-out was at 12, and regularly at 11.
