Disliked: Outdated hotel, needs renovations needs more food options, market with limited items food in all establishments not up to par, not good quality and very overpriced. Staff at restaurants not properly trained to serve. The Rooms need renovations the mattress very hard, shower smelled like sewer really bad.

Beautiful grounds and service but...

Liked: Beautiful grounds and service! Loved complimentary yoga in the morning.
Disliked: We had multiple issues with our room. The a/c didn’t work the first night. Toilet had flushing issue. There were 3 of us in a room and only 2 seats on the balcony. Had to request more. Staff was very responsive and accommodating… It was too expensive to have these kinds of issues!

Liked: It was gorgeous! The setting was unbeatable.
Disliked: On Monday, the breakfast restaurant could not handle a small breakfast crowd. They appeared to be understaffed. Overall, everything was flawless.

Liked: the only think i liked was the property that is Beautifull
Disliked: was there to celebrate my anniversary and had a bad experience the bedroom didnt have a mini bar and the room charge was very expensive, they had no restaurants with good food and this is a luxury hotel . hotel stuff , horrible.
