Liked: The staff are the best … friendly and helpful The room was good clean comfortable bed Plenty of clean towels The entertainment is second to none Crystal Bawls and Eryl Are brilliant talented and beautiful people You feel like you have watched a west end show by the end of the night..So good I’m coming back for Christmas xxPaul

Weekend ruined Risboro cancelled room

Liked: They cancelled the room which left me in a very difficult position and ruined a weekend I was looking forward to and this reflects poorly on booking .com

Excellent value for money accommodation...

Liked: Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Convenient for town centre and station.
Disliked: Water pressure in bathroom shower was poor. Wifi only available on ground floor.
