Convenient to explore Ripon

Liked: Location was brilliant, short walk into centre of Ripon. Lovely grounds and a park next door. Breakfast was good but varied depending on who was cooking. We had a large room which was a great advantage.
Disliked: Staff were efficient but not very friendly.

Disliked: I wanted to stay another night and the price quoted and online had jumped up dramatically despite nothing on in the area the next night.

Liked: The property was beautiful and rooms were very comfortable.
Disliked: I wasn’t happy that on a Saturday morning we were woken up by the window cleaners at the window making so much noise. We had a night away from a children and were looking forward to a lay in.

Nice stay

Liked: Lovely stay. Very nice room, big beds plenty of space for clothes. The decor in the hotel is very stylish. In a great location.
Disliked: Car park was quite tight. The breakfast was average as didn't feel the hot food was replenished , we arrived about half hour before it finished, and there wasn't much there and had been there for a while.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Location ok.
Disliked: Very dark in the building oppressive.

Liked: Well designed with quality finishes. And splendid gardens Very friendly staff particularly the kitchen staff who accommodated my Gluten free diet. Special word to the breakfast chef for preparing fresh Sausages. It was a joy to get hot food on hot plates at breakfast
