The beach was great and...

Liked: I liked that there was a pool. I wasn’t even aware that we had pool access I thought there was only a pool at the one that had a private pool. I liked that there was a gate around our entrance so our youngest could be outside without having to worry about him getting into something you should like the pool that was right there.
Disliked: The main bedroom didn’t have good air flow so it was the hottest part of the whole place and the bed was very loud when you moved even the slightest. The floor seemed to still be dirty and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, Used soda in the fridge still, Food was on the walls near the table and by the kitchen sink. There were people partying out at the pool well past quiet time which was considered 10pm. The solution to this is they want you to just call police for sound disturbance. I didn’t call as soon as I should have because I have never call for this issue and didn’t want to have to do so for vacation. To me I would think someone should be there one site for any issues with this type of matter which obviously happens a lot or there wouldn’t be something telling you what to do in this event. When talked to the manager about this he seemed to not believe this happened at his Establishment That it was next door or didn’t happen at all bc I was the only one who contacted him. Well that’s probably because everyone else just called police like instructed in the situation. But I was hesitant to call police so I messaged him first. I felt bad because it was late, but he did respond to me after I called police first . But he just told me to call Police. When I did call I was told by the lady that there were other calls in my area for the same issue. When I talked to him about the dishwasher being full of dirty dishes he just made excuses as to why it wouldn’t be clean. When those reasons would make sense when I received a txt at almost 3 saying my room was ready. There was also party that didn’t last as long at the place next door as well which I believe is also owned by same place. No one is on site after 4:30 so any issues or anything you need you have to deal with your self. Another down side to the location of our particular room is it was the only one that was located right where the pool is so to get to our room we had to walk through the pool area.

Liked: The location is perfect 👌
Disliked: We were planning to use a grill, but it was in horrible condition. So we end up buying a new one 🤔

Would not stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was not part of this accommodation facility
Disliked: Cleaning was poor. Coffee pot had not been cleaned, dishwasher was broken, faucet in bathroom needed repaired or replaced, fridge was old had no ice maker and only ice tray we had had a hole in it. Manager came to fix the closet door in master bedroom and left his tools and paper scraps on our bed. The best thing I can say is the proximity to the Siesta Village was great. We could walk there
