Liked: Condo where exactly as shown in pictures , very clean and comfortable , perfect location very close to the beach. , walking distance to everythin !! Susan and local staff were always available and respond immediately with very acurate info !! Definitely comeBack destination

Great location, friendly staff, but...

Liked: I loved the location and easy access to downtown Siesta Key. When we first arrived, the bedroom air conditioner did not work, and the staff promptly fixed it. The kitchen had dishes and silverware and pots to cook in, and dish soap. Also, staff responded to texts in a reasonable timeframe.
Disliked: Towels were only provided every three days, and we did only received 1 beach towel and wash cloth p/ person through the entire stay. Also, only a few trash bags and dishwasher pods were provided, thus we had to purchase more.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at The Ringling Beach House. The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the beach, which is very convenient. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a pool and BBQ area. The room itself was tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: The only downside was that on the second day, the code lock on the door stopped working, and there was no safe in the room. This caused some inconvenience. We hope the management addresses this for future guests.
