Wonderful and friendly staff make...

Liked: The location was amazing as was the breakfast, although have a big appetite.
Disliked: The rooms and pool area need updating but that is being started this year

Liked: If you’re looking for luxury and value, this isn’t it — unless you’re just throwing money around. I booked this hotel for $320 a night through Booking.com and was shocked at what I got: a musty, outdated room with stained carpet and a broken phone (so I couldn’t even call the front desk to report it). The space felt neglected, and honestly, it bummed me out.I ended up paying an extra $150 per night plus tax just to be moved to a room that felt livable. For two nights, I spent $915 plus tax — typing that number makes my stomach drop. And even in the upgraded room, the bathroom was ridiculously tiny.To be fair, the gym was great, and the pool was lovely… between 10–11 pm when the no-kids rule kicked in. But during the day? Pure chaos — screaming, balls flying — and no staff around to enforce any kind of order. Speaking of staff, they were kind and friendly, which I appreciated.Bottom line: if I hadn’t pre-paid through Booking.com, I would’ve left. I really hope the hotel considers offering a partial reimbursement — especially for the cost of the room upgrade I had to pay to avoid staying in a depressing, subpar space. Otherwise, I strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

Liked: We had an amazing experience at the Rimrock. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant decor and very comfortable beds — I loved the quality of the sheets. The bathroom was great, and the shower products and body lotion were excellent. Thank you for that detail!.Service at the front desk was outstanding: friendly, professional, and helpful.It’s always a pleasure to come back. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Rimrock was...

Liked: We received a room upgrade and a lovely gift of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a small chocolate cake for two and a bar of chocolate shaped like the Rocky Mountains. It was very special. We enjoyed a very relaxing spa/massage experience and enjoyed the close proximity of the hot springs.
Disliked: We had the steak at the Primrose restaurant and my husband specifically asked for a well done steak, absolutely no pink and was assured it would be so. He ended up sending the steak back to the kitchens as it was definitely pink on the inside. Riley our waiter was great and very apologetic even though it was not his fault.
