Liked: The concierge, valet, & shuttle staff were amazing & helped us tremendously. Great service & so appreciate the shuttle running to the different areas. Will, from England, was especially helpful & always went out of his way to be of service. Was a huge blessing!!!
Disliked: Definitely needed new carpet & fresh paint on the 5th floor in the hallways. Room was not but not like pictures online. The shuttle service offered made up for the price. Did not have a chance to eat there.

Liked: View from the lounge was very picturesque
Disliked: They had ongoing works in the hotel, which we were warned about but I didn’t expect workmen right outside our window, or to be disturbed before checkout by workmen wanting access to our room - we could have and should have been located to another part of the hotel AND our room was very dusty, noticable around the lamps - you would think a five star hotel would pay better attention to details…

Disappointing

Liked: Setting and staff were great as was the location.
Disliked: We paid for an upgrade room and were given room #728. It has an ice machine across the passage with constant noisy use. The hotels sound insulation is terrible with noise from adjacent rooms, banging of doors throughout the night leading to little sleep. Terrible.

Liked: The view and amentias of the hotel was amazing
Disliked: Should provide some basic room services in the price and should charge extra for it. The room cost should cover this
