Disliked: Didn’t have a fire on second floor but we never asked for one.

Liked: The property and hotel itself are beautiful and the staff is so kind! They are helpful and have little events that really make this place stand out. While we didn't stay long, everything was very nice and clean. They were in the middle of a renovation, so I think some of the things that I might have been concerned about will be updated soon! All in all, a great stay!

Liked: Everything was clean, classy , and well maintained.
Disliked: Female working at the checkout counter was rude and unprofessional. She was on her cellphone and did not say a word to us when we handed her our keys. She should've had the decency and professionalism to make eye contact, lay her cell down and say thank you to the guests. The male working Friday night was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He was the tall, thin guy and wears glasses. Overall very satisfied with the facilities and campus. I highly recommend anyone visit! Keep up the good work!
