Very good

I liked the friendly cats...

Liked: Friendly staff.Lots of cats.Unique installation. (It was a hospital before)
Disliked: Nothing special.It was windy day and the window rattle was a bit noisy.

Good

Liked: Is near to many stores and closed to Greyhound bus station.
Disliked: I stayed for two days. The card the front desk gave me doesn't opened the door at all I was tired from my travel and to find out that the card not open the door it was frustrating.The tv was not operating when I turned on.The front desk lady named Smeralda was polite and she treated me well.The bathroom downstairs was not locked properly the door was opening while I was using the bathroom. Overall it was nice my staying.Room was spacious and comfortable it has a kitchen, sink, microwave, refrigerator.The cats were nice and well behaved

Positive experience.

Liked: Feels like a family run establishment….not sure, but has that sort of feeling to it. Right near the border…classic historical hotel. A little pricey, but fair and “vale de pena”. Have stayed numerous times.
Disliked: No Kleenex or cups in the room. That might have been an over sight. The bed lamp didn’t work, but I never informed the front desk.

I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: A charming turn of the century hotel. Roomy, convenient and is easy to walk around downtown. The furniture is old but sturdy .The water pressure is great. My room was large it had many lovely views of the park and downtown.
Disliked: The furniture had scratches on it which needed a furniture pen .
