Exceptional

Nice and cheap room.

Liked: Nice location and on top of a classic jazz venue. I booked a one bed room, but it was sufficient for me as a solo traveller.
Disliked: There is some mold in the silicone sealant in the bathroom.

Liked: Good price, bug free, quiet and nobody weird outside. Floors were a little dirty but the beds are always clean. Rooms are up a lot of stairs

Centrally located hotel offering good...

Liked: Well placed location for visiting Toronto’s main attractions. Staff extremely helpful in storing bags after checking out and special thanks to Mike in respect of this.

Was ok

Liked: I liked that we were right beside the four seasons.I liked the value of the room, more than adequate for the price. Clean. There were loud guests in the morning, but that's not the hotels fault.
Disliked: We were not allowed to eat there without paying a 20 dollar surcharge per person, (even when we were leaving for a performance, not staying for jazz) Very inconvenient since we were new to the city and needed a fast, kid friendly dinner. (which turned out wasn't so easy to find!) Wouldn't let us order for bringing up to our room either. Nearby restaurants were very busy with wait times. Didn't know anything about breakfast or coffee either so can't comment on the restaurant.
