Liked: Easy access off the A1 good parking Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Didn,t have dinner there but the breakfast was reall excellent freshly cooked and tasty.
Disliked: Nothing it was just what we wanted for our overnight stay.

Exceptional

Liked: The team are so helpful. I arrived after the kitchen shut but the chef was still there and made me a scrumptious supper. Everyone was fab. Ideal location just off A1.Super. Thank you
Disliked: No outside bin (that I could see) for doggy 'you know what'. But that's a minor downside.

Disliked: Bedroom 212 was only marginally bigger than bed.

Liked: breakfast was superb only needed to ask and nothing was too much trouble
Disliked: I am only a short person 4ft 8 had did find that the bed was not easy for me to get into (hubby helped me) but it ws extremely comfortable

would probably stay again for...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and served fresh and hot.No problem getting extra toast or coffee.No rush to grab the plates after the last mouthful.very relaxing
Disliked: The room was on the road side of the building and we did get a lot of road noise.It was unseasonally hot in the afternoon and there was no air conditioning.

Liked: Room fine and staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for the A1. Restaurant on site serves a good selection of food.
Disliked: We did encounter some noise disturbance overnight which may have been from the train yard behind the property but not entirely sure.
