Liked: Phenomenal attention to detail. The hardware touches are beautiful. The rooms are huge and absolutely fantastic. We’ve been staying at Grove Park 4x a year for 13 years and have permanently switched to The Restoration. We even booked our holiday stay while there this past weekend. Wonderful staff, always on task and felt like family but at a 5 star level. The hotel is intimate yet expansive. We felt right at home. Great food too. Everything was over the top perfect.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff, prime location and included hotel transportation (within 2 miles) were some of my favorite features. I loved the little extras they provide like beverages and continental breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff,...

Liked: The hotel is very new with welcoming staff and beautiful decorations. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. I like the fact that there was a vanity table in addition to the bathroom mirror and a full-length floor mirror, which is great for us to get ready for a wedding. The staff was super welcoming and able to accommodate us for early check-in and late check-out. The location is great, which is walkable to multiple restaurants, boutique stores, bars, and galleries.
Disliked: Nothing particular in my mind. I would definitely come back to the same hotel again if I visit Asheville.

Disliked: Music playing downstairs at the restaurant early in the morning and late night was a bit bothersome.

A perfect weekend getaway.

Liked: Beautiful Hotel, Super Location. The breakfast picnic basket that was delivered each morning was a special treat. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Best hotel accommodations in Asheville!

Liked: Location was as good as it gets for walking to anything downtown, Staff was more than accommodating and so very pleasant and thoughtful. And the hotel was just beautifully appointed. Loved the prompt valet service too.
Disliked: Towel bars instead of a hook in the bathroom
