Disappointing

Liked: - I liked the service around the pool. Proper towels to cover the whole sunbed plus and extra towel for swimming and we could move the sunbeds about to fit our needs. - Easy and free parking.
Disliked: - Check in was very late.- Check out was very early and they banged on the door at 11:01 to make sure we got out. - No availability for hotel guests in the restaurant in the evening.- Very snarky and unpleasant staff at front desk.- After check out I wasn’t allowed to buy any drinks from their convenience shop because “they’re a very exclusive club and they don’t accept credit cards, they only charge to your room and as I was checked out, I couldn’t buy drinks”. - Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
