Less than impressive for the...

Liked: Encore restaurant has amazing swim up bar, however, their choices of music and dj s are less than impressive. Their food prices are really high- but it’s really good just smaller portions on several items we ordered. It’s a great location to be near Osage and other resorts with more to do.
Disliked: Very outdated property for high end prices. No vents in bathroom. Bathroom is tiny with no counter space. Bed was so uncomfortable- very firm. 1st room had hatch of bugs. Boxes delivered in the middle of breakfast so you couldn’t access things. Coffee machine broken. No room service unless you request it. We were there 5 days- and I had to go ask for towels, hanger. Luggage rack, and took our own trashed out daily. The trashcan can hold maybe 2 water bottles.

Liked: The location and the front desk staff was very kind!!!!!!! Also getting the rides to and from the poop bar was awsome.
Disliked: Well for one the bagels every morning were hard. Then if u want more towels u have to bring down the other ones in order to get new towels. NO room service at all.. our first room had nooo air they fot us moved quickly at least.

Liked: Beds were fine
Disliked: Only one indoor pool that is 3.5ft deep if you have kids, and it was filled with bugs. No lake access. Toilet rock. Room was warm a/c barely worked. We had to go buy fans at target.
