Liked: The location and the front desk staff was very kind!!!!!!! Also getting the rides to and from the poop bar was awsome.
Disliked: Well for one the bagels every morning were hard. Then if u want more towels u have to bring down the other ones in order to get new towels. NO room service at all.. our first room had nooo air they fot us moved quickly at least.

Not your family stay.

Liked: Beds were fine
Disliked: Only one indoor pool that is 3.5ft deep if you have kids, and it was filled with bugs. No lake access. Toilet rock. Room was warm a/c barely worked. We had to go buy fans at target.

Great will go back to...

Liked: I liked the swim up bar and I was furious that they didn't say anything about age requirement and my daughter (19) doesn't even like alcohol and neither do I.
Disliked: Most things were like soda machine doesn't work and the gym equipment was not working. I asked if they had jetted bathtub or Jacuzzi. I was told that the person at the front desk couldn't even tell me if they had them or not

Liked: The location was nice. And the amenities were solid. The room was small and definitely had recently gotten the "landlord special" just a fresh coat of paint over everything. And the shower wasn't very lux and was dated. The pet friendly facilty was a perk. But after the resort fee's it would've been the same price to rent a 1 bedroom condo with a better view.
